By accessing this website or engaging DarkKnight Cave LLC ("DKC"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.

DKC provides consulting, software development, automation, AI, and related services. The specifics of any engagement — including scope and deliverables — are defined in a separate statement of work ("SOW") or engagement agreement, which governs in the event of any conflict with these Terms.

Scope, fees, and timelines are set out per engagement. Invoices are due as stated in the applicable SOW. Late payments may pause work until resolved.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client upon full payment. DKC retains rights to its pre-existing tools, frameworks, methods, and know-how used to produce them.

Each party will protect the other's confidential information and use it only as needed to perform the engagement.

Except as expressly stated in an engagement agreement, the website and services are provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DKC's total liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Either party may terminate an engagement in accordance with the terms of the applicable SOW. Fees for work performed up to termination remain payable.

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your State / Country], without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
