Complete brand identity and fully tested production SaaS dashboard delivered in 4 weeks

GoCodeMinder tracks code health and developer workflow for engineering teams, and founder Swati Patil was running it solo, doing the job of a design team and an engineering team at once.

The problem

A solo founder building for developers either spends months hiring a design and engineering team, or ships a rough prototype that looks unfinished to the technical buyers she needs to trust it.

GoCodeMinder needed a brand identity and a production-grade dashboard that would hold up in front of developers and CTOs, with telemetry views and status feeds that stayed readable under real data, and a frontend that could take new integrations without a rebuild, all inside 4 weeks.

Brand identity & visual system

We built GoCodeMinder's brand around technical clarity: a visual language that signals status precisely and reads fast during a developer's actual workday instead of a demo.

  • Built a high-contrast interface that stays readable through a long debugging session, past the polish of a first screenshot
  • Designed a standalone mark and lockup built around code monitoring and continuous quality checks
  • Built one component library so the marketing site and the dashboard share the same buttons, type, and spacing instead of drifting apart

Building the SaaS dashboard

We built the dashboard in Next.js and TypeScript, reusing components across views and keeping the interface fast under real telemetry load.

  • Built real-time code health monitors, project status cards, and automated alert panels
  • Added layout grids that keep dense telemetry readable from a laptop screen to an ultrawide monitor
  • Covered the highest-risk user flows with state management and tests, past the demo path
  • Structured the codebase so Swati can add a new API endpoint without touching the component layouts around it

The 4-week delivery

Working as an embedded team, we moved GoCodeMinder from raw requirements to a fully deployed SaaS dashboard in 28 days.
