RajDip Enterprises has sourced and supplied goods for large buyers in Bangalore since 2018, most of it through GeM, the government's e-Marketplace. In those eight years the company never had a website or a Google listing. A buyer who heard the name and searched for it found nothing.

The problem
RajDip's orders came from GeM bids and from buyers who already knew the team. A new buyer with a deadline had no phone number to call, no list of what the company supplies, and nothing to show it had been trading since 2018.
The website
We built rajdip.co and wrote its homepage around a buyer who needs something delivered and keeps getting let down. It follows one order through 8 steps: a purchase order due in 48 hours, vendors who don't answer or are out of stock, a call to RajDip, a pre-dispatch check, and delivery with the paperwork.
The rest of the site answers what a buyer asks before picking up the phone:
- What RajDip supplies, in 10 categories from stationery and IT hardware to PPE and lab consumables
- How an order runs, in 4 stages: sourcing, GeM bids and orders, quality and logistics, and repeat supply
- The documents that come with every order: GST invoice, delivery challan, warranty, and test report
- How to reach the people who run the business, by phone, WhatsApp, email, or a quote form that asks for the spec, quantity, and deadline, with a box to tick for GeM orders
Google Business Profile
We set up RajDip's Google Business Profile, so a search for the company now turns up the business and a way to contact it.
